Terms of use

KILLBILLS SAS — registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 891 889 511, operating under the commercial name Billsight.

Billsight provides a technology platform enabling the delivery of enriched data, analytics, and insights to businesses. Its solution relies on data processing technologies and artificial intelligence to aggregate, structure, enrich, and analyze data from various sources.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) define the conditions under which Users access and use the Services provided by Billsight.

Art. 1.Definitions

ServicesAll services provided by Billsight, including the provision of data, analytics, indicators, and data exploitation tools.
PlatformThe technical infrastructure (APIs, interfaces, models) operated by Billsight.
DataAny information provided, collected, or processed as part of the Services.
Enriched dataData transformed by Billsight (categorization, structuring, modeling, scoring).
InsightsAnalyses, recommendations, or indicators generated by Billsight.
UserAny legal entity accessing the Services.
AccountAccess credentials assigned to a User.
Customer dataData provided or transmitted by the User.

Art. 2.Purpose

These Terms define the conditions of access to and use of the Services provided by Billsight.

Art. 3.Acceptance and modifications

Use of the Services implies full acceptance of these Terms.

Billsight reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Users.

Art. 4.Access to the services

Access to the Services is restricted to professionals.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its credentials and for all use of the Services under its Account.

Art. 5.Description of the services

Billsight provides a platform enabling in particular:

  • Data collection and integration
  • Automated processing (including artificial intelligence)
  • Data enrichment (categorization, structuring, scoring)
  • Production of analytics and indicators
  • Provision of data exploitation tools (APIs, dashboards, exports)

Limitations

The Services rely on algorithmic models, third-party data, and automated processing. Accordingly, Billsight does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or relevance of the results.

Art. 6.Obligations of the parties

6.1 User

The User agrees to:

  • Use the Services in accordance with their intended purpose
  • Not use the Services for unlawful purposes
  • Ensure the legality of the Customer Data provided
  • Not infringe third-party rights or system integrity

6.2 Billsight

Billsight shall provide the Services with reasonable care and skill (best-efforts obligation).

Art. 7.Data

7.1 Customer data

The User retains ownership of Customer Data.

7.2 Data use

Billsight may use data to provide the Services, to improve its models, and for statistical purposes in anonymized form.

Art. 8.Artificial intelligence

The Services rely in part on artificial intelligence systems.

The User acknowledges that:

  • Results may contain errors
  • Outputs do not constitute binding or automated decisions
  • Results must be used with appropriate judgment

Art. 9.Intellectual property

The Platform, models, algorithms, and outputs remain the exclusive property of Billsight.

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to the User for the duration of use.

Art. 10.Liability

Billsight shall not be liable for:

  • Decisions made based on the provided data
  • Errors resulting from automated processing
  • Indirect damages (including loss of revenue, data loss, etc.)

Billsight's liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amount paid by the User over the last 12 months.

Art. 11.Personal data

Billsight acts as data controller for personal data necessary to provide the Services.

Data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations (including GDPR).

Art. 12.Term and termination

These Terms apply for the duration of use of the Services.

Billsight may suspend access in case of breach.

Art. 13.Force majeure

Billsight shall not be liable for failure due to force majeure events.

Art. 14.Validity

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Art. 15.Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
